Bell Tops Vermeil Classic Midget Run

CALISTOGA, Calif. — Christopher Bell claimed his second victory in as many days, winning Sunday’s Louie Vermeil Classic USAC Western Midget Series feature at Calistoga Speedway.

Bell took the lead from Tanner Thorson on lap 26 and led the final five laps, beating Thorson to the checkered flag.

Ronnie Gardner, Cody Swanson and Nick Chivello rounded out the top five.
