NEWBERRYTOWN, Pa. -– After more than 20 years, full-size wingless sprint cars will compete at Susquehanna Speedway Park in 2013.

The USAC AMSOIL National Sprint Car Series will invade Susquehanna on June 9, which will be the final leg of the USAC Eastern Storm Tour. They will be joined by the ARDC Midget Series on the card.

“We are very excited about the return of the wingless sprint cars to SSP,”” said Todd Fisher, owner of Susquehanna Speedway Park. ““The last time I saw a race like this at SSP was more than 20 years ago when I saw the CRA tour with Leland McSpadden of California took the checkers.”

Additional dates for the USAC Eastern Storm Tour are expected to be announced in the near future.
