The Demon Strikes Again At Ventura

VENTURA, Calif. – Defending AMSOIL USAC-CRA Sprint Car Series champion Damion Gardner drove to his fourth victory of the season in five attempts Saturday night at Ventura Raceway.

Matt Mitchell led the first three laps around the fifth-mile dirt oval before Gardner took command. Once in front Gardner was able lead the rest of the way to claim the All Coast Challenge/Fred Thomson Tribute event.

Nic Faas finished second, followed by fast timer Jake Swanson, Ryan Bernal and Cory Kruseman.
