It’s Hoosier For WoO Sprint Car Series

CONCORD, N.C. — World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series officials have confirmed that Hoosier Racing Tire will be the exclusive tire supplier for the series next season.
The move comes after four months of speculation, following the announcement in August that Goodyear was withdrawing from sprint car racing at the end of the season.
In recent weeks, many of the country’s top sprint car tracks including Knoxville (Iowa) Raceway and Williams Grove Speedway had already signed with Hoosier for their respective sprint car divisions.
Details of the WoO arrangement with Hoosier are expected to be announced within the next 24 hours.
