Ross Kenseth Leads Winchester 400 Entrants

SALEM, Ind. – One thing for sure, there will be no shortage of talent competing to win the famed Winchester Rifle Trophy in the upcoming 42nd annual Winchester 400 on the famous High Banks of Winchester Speedway on Oct. 13.

Defending race winner Ross Kenseth, son of NASCAR Star Matt Kenseth, is one of the first entries for the 2013 battle. Kenseth has won several big late model shows over the past two seasons, and looks to back that up with a second straight win in the Winchester 400.

Other entries that have already arrived include ARCA Racing Series competitor Mason Mingus, a former ARCA/CRA Super Series competitor, who is currently second in ARCA Racing Series points to Frank Kimmel. NASCAR K & N East Series competitor Kenzie Ruston has filed an entry, Ruston finished second in ARCA/CRA Super Series points in 2012.

Also current ARCA/CRA Super Series points leader Travis Braden, Oklahoma racer Donnie Wilson, 15 year old Georgia competitor Anderson Bowen and veteran CRA competitor Jason Dietsch have filed entries.

The entry list for the 42nd Annual Winchester 400 is expected to continue to grow in numbers and in talent in the next five weeks leading up to the event.
