UARA-STARS Opener Goes To Bassett

KENLY, S.C. — Ronnie Bassett Jr. won Saturday’s season opener for the UARA-STARS late models at Southern National Raceway Park.
Bassett, who started fifth, beat polesitter Travis Swaim to the checkered flag in the 150-lap event on the four-tenths-mile asphalt oval.
Ben Rhodes, Garrett Campbell and Dillon Bassett completed the top five.
